Watermark Hotel Sapporo’s 153 new guest rooms are amongst some of the most spacious rooms in Sapporo. Rooms are well designed to exceed regional Japanese standards and capitalise on this brilliant location with large opening windows and stylish interiors.

The new airconditioned guest rooms are bright and stylish with the shower and bath separated from the toilet and vanity units. This feature is unique when compared to local hotels and is yet another “Refreshing Watermark” point of difference to enhance your stay. A selection of smoking and non-smoking rooms are available plus a dedicated accommodation floor for female travellers.

To make an online reservation, or to check for rates & availability, please select your preferred dates of stay using the calendar provided. You will be guided through the reservation process with clearly marked
steps to complete the booking.

On completion of your booking a confirmation
will be sent to the email address provided.

Cancellation Policy:
No Show = 100%
Cancellation on the arrival day = 80%
Cancellation on 1 day prior= 20%

Credit Card
Your credit card will be manually processed offline and is required to complete the booking process online.

When you arrive at the hotel a credit card pre-authorisation is required on check-in to guarantee any incidentals. If a credit card is not available, a current form of photographic identification is required along with a cash deposit of $100 per stay & the total of the accommodation charges. This can be made with cash or via EFTPOS. Any unused portion of this deposit will be refunded on departure.

Please be advised that American Express, Diners Club and JCB cards will incur a 3% surcharge.

At Watermark Hotel Sapporo, we take the greatest care to ensure that your credit card details and other personal information are secured at all times. Our
reservations process is handled on a secure server that encrypts your credit card information so that it is protected against unauthorized use.

Terms & Conditions
Watermark Hotel Sapporo is a fully licenced hotel and all guests must be over 18 years of age or accompanied by a parent or legal guardian to enter any part of the hotel including accommodation.
